When you shop with us, these terms and conditions apply. They are here to protect both us and you as they set out what to expect from each other. These terms and condition are kept updated, so it’s always best if you check them from time-to-time, especially when you shop with us.
Shopping With Us
To shop with us you need to:
- be at least 16 years old;
- have a credit or debit card that we accept;
- be authorised to use that credit or debit card (e.g. the card is in your name or that you have permission to use it).
Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you should receive an email acknowledging your order along with a receipt. Your card will then be charged with the total cost of your order.
You may be able to cancel your order within a limited amount of time (i.e. we have not already dispatched your order). If you wish to cancel, please get in touch with us to see if we’ve dispatched your order.
Once you have placed your order with us, it’s not possible to change it. If you have made a mistake and need to change your order, get in touch with us with your order number. If we’ve not already dispatched your order, we will cancel it and refund the cost. You will then be able to make a new order with us.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If there’s an issue with an order, we’ll be in touch.
Very occasionally we may need to refuse or cancel an order or close/freeze an account (even if we have already confirmed your order). This usually happens if we see something unusual on an order or with an account. If this happens, and you think it’s a mistake, get in touch with us, and we’ll be only too happy to assist.
We strive to ensure that all our products listed on the website are accurately described and priced correctly. However rare, mistakes can happen, and a product description may not be entered correctly, or a the wrong price is entered for a product. In the unlikely event that this happens, we always correct our mistakes as soon as we’re aware of an error. If we do discover an error in any of the goods you’ve ordered, we’ll be in touch right away and give you the chance to either confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel it. If we can’t get in touch with you, we’ll unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. In any case, we’ll be happy to refund you the cost of your order.
In most cases, a delivery charge is added to the cost of your order, and this is based on the destination that your order is being shipped to. These charges are clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery of Your Order
We’ll always try our best to get the order to you as quickly as we can, using a method that is best suited to where your order is being delivered to. However, we can’t guarantee that there won’t be a delay to the delivery date due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal/carrier delays, logistics or bad weather). If we’re aware of any delays that will severely delay your order, we’ll get in touch with you.
Returns and Refunds
We operate a return and refund policy for goods damaged in transit. Please refer to Returns and Refunds Policy here.
Please note, we cannot offer or accept returns or refunds for products that you’ve ordered then subsequently changed your mind on if the product has been opened or used.
Our Returns and Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
From time to time, we’ll issue promotion codes that you can use to reduce the cost of some items in our shop. Remember, it’s up to you to enter the code at checkout to receive the discount.
It’s rare that it happens, but if for some reason a promotion code isn’t running properly (e.g. someone or something is using the code fraudulently, or there are technical issues or another reason beyond our control), then we can cancel, modify or suspend that promotion code at any time.
We have the right to amend, remove or vary our services at any time. These terms and how we interact with you as a customer is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
